- Diced tomatoes with chiles: I used Rotel but you can also use canned diced tomatoes with a can of green chiles.
- Pasta: You can use any type of pasta you have on hand.
- Chicken breast: You can also use thighs if you prefer.
- Shredded cheese: I used Colby Jack, but you can use other varieties like shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, or a mixture of different kinds
How To Make Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

- Step 1: Add your cream of chicken soup, herbs and spices, and can of Rotel to the Crock pot.
- Step 2: Use a wooden spoon to stir. Mix it up well. Place chicken and cover with the sauce before covering with the lid to cook.

- Step 3: Remove the chicken and shred. See the tips section if you need help shredding your chicken. Return shredded chicken to the Slow Cooker.
- Step 4: Cook spaghetti using the directions on the back of the package until it reaches al dente. Add cooked pasta and shredded cheese to the slow cooker.
