Recipe Tips

Lifting a piece of melt in your mouth chicken out of a skillet.
  • Before slicing, allow the chicken to sit for about 10 minutes after cooking. This allows all of the juices and heat to evenly distribute for more tender chicken.
  • This recipe can also be made using boneless, skinless chicken thighs. You’ll have to add a couple of minutes of cooking time as chicken thighs take a bit longer to cook than chicken breasts.
  • Using chicken breasts that are all the same size and thickness will promote more even cooking.
  • Because of the mayonnaise coating, this chicken may not freeze and thaw all that well.
